These are the support answers most useful during App Store review and for real users after reinstalling, moving devices, or trying Pro.

How do I start the 7-day Pro trial?

Open Your Training Bud Pro from Menu, Program, Journal, or Settings, then tap Start 7-Day Trial. The app-managed trial unlocks Pro tools before you decide whether to buy the lifetime unlock.

Is Your Training Bud Pro a subscription?

No. Your Training Bud Pro is a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. There is no monthly plan, renewal, account, or external payment link.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Your Training Bud Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Restore uses Apple's StoreKit system and may require network access and the same Apple ID that bought Pro. The lifetime purchase restores; the free trial is app-managed.

Why is Unlock Forever unavailable?

If Your Training Bud cannot reach the App Store product, the purchase button may be disabled. Check network access, try Restore Purchases, or contact support if it keeps happening.

What stays free?

Bud's Split, workout logging, skips, closeouts, history, plate calculator, local journal notes, calendar, and insights are free core features.

What does Pro unlock?

Pro unlocks the full blueprint library, JSON backup/import, journal markdown export, Training Passport export, and AI plan patch import for reviewing training history in tools you choose.

Does Your Training Bud send data to AI?

No. Training Passport is file-based. You choose when to export it, where to share it, and whether to import a reviewed patch.

Where is my data stored?

Your Training Bud stores workout and journal data locally on your device. Export files leave the device only when you choose to share them.

Can I move to a new device?

Yes. On the old device, generate a JSON backup export. On the new device, unlock or restore Pro, then import that JSON backup from Settings.

How do refunds work?

Apple handles App Store purchase billing and refund requests. Your Training Bud support can help with app behavior, restore questions, and documentation.

Is this medical advice?

No. Your Training Bud is a training log and planning tool. Use judgment, safe technique, appropriate loads, and professional guidance when needed.
