Wed Flags  ·  Roadmap | Vol. 01 · Wisteria Square  Private iPhone QA | Updated June 2, 2026

— Public delivery board

The wedding is not calm. The roadmap is.

We are close enough to be useful about status now: the game is running on iPhone, the core surfaces are playable, and the remaining work is polish, packaging, and launch discipline.

Current

Private iPhone build in QA.

Quick Wedding, Party Pass, Full Wedding, Getting Ready Chaos, Fit Check, Submit, story cards, and the sealed Trophy Shelf are in the app. The public App Store page is not live yet.

Vol. 01: Wisteria House

Pick a role, swipe wedding red flags, keep five fragile meters alive, and get Maggie and Nico to the getaway car.

  • Planner, Photographer, Bridesmaid, and Guest roles.
  • Quick Wedding, Full Wedding, Party Pass, and Getting Ready Chaos.
  • Choice previews show which meters are at risk without spoiling exact numbers.
  • Custom wedding setup stays visible because it is part of the game, not a drawer.

Fit Check, Submit, Trophies

The companion surfaces are in place and being tightened for readability, screenshot appeal, and clean iPhone behavior.

  • Wedding Fit Check creates a shareable story card before the wedding starts talking.
  • Submit lets players draft anonymous story receipts for future cards.
  • Trophy Shelf shows 54 total achievements and keeps unearned names sealed.
  • Bottom navigation, text wrapping, and horizontal scroll lock are being smoke-tested on iPhone 16 Pro.

App Store package

The next lane is the boring one that matters: metadata, legal links, screenshots, review notes, and final release QA.

  • Final App Store screenshots after the UI polish pass.
  • Privacy, terms, support, and roadmap pages kept in sync.
  • Final device pass on iPhone hardware before submission.
  • App Store link added only when the real product page exists.

Core wedding playable

Wisteria House, Maggie and Nico, four playable roles, five meters, and the main getaway-car loop are in the iPhone build.

Done

Progression surfaced

Trophies now tease the full achievement count while hiding unearned names, so players know there is a shelf to chase without spoiling it.

Now

Polish the phone feel

Close-reading fonts, spacing, truncation, bottom docks, white bars, choice cards, and every screen that looked too crowded in device review.

Next

Package for App Store

Finalize screenshots, support URL, privacy URL, age rating, metadata, review notes, build archive, and launch-day site copy.

After submission

Launch and feed the binder

Add the real App Store link, publish launch posts, collect community stories, and turn the best anonymous receipts into future cards.

§ 03   Expansion Binder After the base wedding ships cleanly
Pack 01

Bachelorette After Dark

Venmo justice, itinerary crimes, rental-house diplomacy, matching shirts, and a brunch nobody is emotionally prepared to attend.

Pack 02

Groomsman Mode

Lost rings, nineteen-minute speeches, golf-cart confidence, suit-pocket evidence, and one friend everyone calls a liability.

Pack 03

DJ Mode

Do-not-play lists, wrong first-dance names, uncle microphones, dance floor diplomacy, and the terrifying phrase "one more song."

Pack 04

Destination Disaster

Iceland weather, missing passports, volcano-adjacent logistics, luggage resentment, and guests treating Europe like a theme park.

— The community engine

Your wedding story can become somebody else's bad decision.

The best Wed Flags should feel suspiciously specific. That only happens if the people who have seen the weird stuff help us keep the binder fed.
