1. License and intended use
EZ Photo Slideshow is provided as a limited software license for lawful use on supported Apple devices. It is built for still-photo slideshow playback, especially in event and presentation settings.
2. Your responsibility
Content rights
You are responsible for the photos, branding assets, QR destinations, and other content you use inside the app.
Device setup
You are responsible for your iPad settings, event environment, power, screen placement, and any kiosk protections such as Guided Access.
Lawful use
You may not use the app in a way that violates copyright, privacy rights, platform rules, or applicable law.
3. What the app does not promise
- Uninterrupted operation in every environment or hardware condition
- Compatibility with unsupported media types or future platform changes
- Recovery of files you delete or overwrite outside the app
- Guaranteed results from third-party QR destinations or external services
Practical reading
The app is built to be reliable, but event work is still event work. Test your setup before putting an iPad in front of guests.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, EZ Photo Slideshow and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including event disruption, lost business, lost profits, lost data, or third-party claims.
5. No warranty
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, except where warranties cannot legally be excluded.
6. Changes
Features, supported workflows, and these terms may change over time as the app evolves.
