A year of steady steps. A certificate that means something.
The certification is a progressive program for teams. There's one live workshop each month, and every workshop is recorded so new people can catch up during onboarding. Each month builds on the one before. By the end of the year, your people have gone from the basics to running full systems for the people they support.
Foundations.
Prompting, drafting, research, and inbox and calendar workflows. The goal is for everyone to be comfortable using AI on the tasks they already do, with safe data habits built in from day one.
A custom assistant for one real client or role.
Each person builds a custom assistant in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok, whichever tool the client or team already uses. It learns from real SOPs, tone, and FAQs, so its first drafts sound like the person it's working for.
Automations and connectors.
We connect AI to the tools your team works in every day: email, calendar, docs, and project boards. The aim is to take repeat work off people's plates, so the time goes to higher-value work.
Chief-of-staff systems and reporting.
Each person sets up an assistant that preps the day, summarizes the inbox, and turns meeting notes into action items and a weekly update. We also build simple reporting that makes the value of their work easy to see.

Essentials.
About 5 hours of my time each month. A good way in for small businesses and smaller teams.
Standard.
About 10 to 15 hours each month, for teams building several systems at once.

All three levels include the same kind of work: training, systems, and support. The difference is how much of my time you get.

Do you publish prices?
Not here. Every team is different, so I'd rather hear what you need and send a clear proposal. The intro hour is always free.
Do you work online or in person?
Workshops run live online and are recorded. I also teach in person for conferences, classes, and teams.
Do my people need to be technical?
No. If they can write an email and follow a checklist, they can do this. We start with the work they already know.
Which AI tools do you teach?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. We use whichever one your team or your clients already have.
